As we go through challenging economic times it is very important that we diversify our revenue streams and make money on more than membership dues.  This seminar will give you numerous ways to improve your financial situation today and into the future..

Goal: Our goal is to give you the strategy, tactics and tips you need to increase the revenue generated from your non-dues revenue efforts. This includes everything from understanding your assets, to pricing and packaging your assets, to marketing and selling the assets your association has that others will value.

Format: As always our unique format strikes a balance between podium presentations and interactive roundtables. We have purposely developed a structure that optimizes the knowledge and expertise of both the presenters and the attendees. The advantage of this format is that it allows a small, well defined group of individuals to learn together and address real life examples.
